6.4 Delivery FailureΒ If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. In case of a return, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
