Every Beyond Foam order is packed carefully and dispatched promptly. We want your products to reach you in perfect condition, on time, and exactly as ordered. If anything goes wrong in transit β we take responsibility.
We currently ship across India β to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes serviceable by our logistics partners.
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside India and would like to place an order, write to us atΒ support@gobeyondfoam.comΒ and we will try to find a solution.
Please note:Β This shipping policy applies only to orders placed on gobeyondfoam.com. For orders placed on Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, or any other marketplace, the shipping terms of that platform apply.
Once you place an order, we process and pack it withinΒ 1β2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. A separate dispatch confirmation with your tracking details will be sent once your order leaves our facility.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

All Beyond Foam products are packed securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging wherever possible β consistent with our commitment to being kind to the environment.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Take a photograph and write to us atΒ support@gobeyondfoam.comΒ within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Our courier partners typically make two delivery attempts. If delivery fails on both attempts due to unavailability of the recipient or an incorrect address, the package will be marked as returned and sent back to our facility.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Some pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is unserviceable, you will be notified at checkout before payment. In the rare case that we are unable to service your pin code after an order is placed, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or process a full refund including shipping β your choice. Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund under this clause.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit β confirmed by the courier partner β we will dispatch a replacement order or issue a full refund including shipping charges. We will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner and keep you informed throughout.
If you order multiple products in one order, they will be shipped together in a single package wherever possible. In rare cases β such as stock location or packaging constraints β items may be shipped in separate packages.
