Our Promise Before the Policy

We offer a 21-day risk-free guarantee on every Beyond Foam product purchased individually. If your skin does not feel different after 21 days of regular use β€” we pay you back. No forms. No conditions. No questions asked.

This policy exists to protect both sides fairly. Please read it once so you know exactly where you stand.

1. The 21-Day Guarantee

Who it applies to:Β Every customer who purchases any Beyond Foam face wash or Almora Hair Cleanser as an individual product β€” not as part of a bundle.

What it covers:Β If your skin still feels tight, dry, or stripped after washing β€” or if your scalp feels the same after using Almora β€” after 21 days of regular use, you are entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price.

When you can claim it:Β You are eligible to raise a refund request only afterΒ 21 days from the date of delivery. Claims raised before 21 days will not be processed. The window to raise a claim closesΒ 7 days after the 21-day period endsΒ β€” meaning you must write to us between Day 21 and Day 28 from your delivery date. Claims raised after Day 28 will not be eligible.

Please note: this guarantee is exclusively for purchases made on gobeyondfoam.com. Products purchased from Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, any other marketplace, or any offline store or stall are not eligible for this guarantee. For purchases made through other channels, please refer to the respective platform's return and refund policy.

How to claim it:Β Write to us atΒ refund@gobeyondfoam.comΒ with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief note on what you experienced
  • A photo of your product on the day you are filing the refund
  • Your UPI ID or bank account number for the refund

You do not need to return the product under this policy.

When we process it:Β Within 5–7 business days of receiving your complete email with all the above details.

Important:Β The 21-day guarantee applies to the product purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable under the guarantee.

2. Bundle Purchases

The 21-day risk-free guarantee doesΒ notΒ apply to bundle purchases.

If you have purchased a bundle and want to try each product with the guarantee, we recommend purchasing each product individually first.

If you have a concern about a bundle order β€” damaged products, wrong items, or a quality issue β€” please write to us atΒ support@gobeyondfoam.comΒ and we will resolve it case by case.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective or tampered with
  • Different from what you ordered

Write to us atΒ support@gobeyondfoam.comΒ withinΒ 48 hours of deliveryΒ with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping β€” your choice.

We take full responsibility for anything that leaves our warehouse in less than perfect condition.

4. What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Products purchased as part of a bundle (unless damaged or defective)
  • Claims raised before Day 21 from the date of delivery
  • Claims raised after Day 28 from the date of delivery
  • Shipping and delivery charges (except in cases of our error)
  • Products that have been used up entirely before a claim is raised
  • Refund requests submitted without a photo of the product on the day of filing
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference of fragrance or texture β€” while we understand this matters, it falls outside the scope of the skin results guarantee
  • Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer

5. Cancellations

Before dispatch:Β If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, write to us atΒ support@gobeyondfoam.comΒ immediately. If we are able to stop the shipment, we will issue a full refund including any shipping charges paid.

After dispatch:Β Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may raise a refund request after delivery under the applicable policy above.

6. Returns

Beyond Foam products are personal care items. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened products β€” except in cases of damage or defect.

Under the 21-day guarantee, you do not need to return the product. Keep it.

7. Refund Method

All refunds are processed to the original payment method or via UPI or bank transfer β€” whichever is faster and more convenient for you. We will confirm the refund method with you over email before processing.

Refund timelines:

  • UPI: 2–3 business days
  • Bank transfer: 5–7 business days
  • Credit or debit card: 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)
